Returns & Refunds Policy

At Iron Horse Wellness Group Ltd., we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Photos of the damage may be required.

4. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@ironhorsewellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Please contact us for instructions before returning any item from outside Canada.

8. Pre-order Policy

Pre-orders placed before June 2026 will ship in June 2026. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this shipping timeline.

Pre-Order Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, contact us at info@ironhorsewellness.com with your order number.

Pre-Order Returns: Once your pre-order ships and is delivered, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
