1. Warranty Coverage

  • All Iron Horse Wellness Group accessories include a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • If your product is defective, contact us for assistance—warranty claims may result in a replacement or account credit.
  • Extended Warranty: Register your product within 14 days of purchase to extend your warranty to 60 days at no cost. Register here.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • For eligible returns, we will provide account credit or ship a replacement with your next order.
  • International returns are managed through our local distributor or retail partner in your region.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition for non-defective returns (if permitted).

4. Exclusions

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Clearance and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For defective products, we cover the cost of return shipping or replacement.
  • For non-defective returns (if permitted), shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or credit.
