Delivery Timeframes

Canada: 3–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Rates

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD
USA: Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
International: Free shipping on orders over $150 USD

Carriers Used

We ship via trusted carriers, including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and service level selected.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. You can track your order using the carrier's website.

International Shipping & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please check your country's import policies before placing an order. We do not currently offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
